Nicki Minaj is back at the Met!
The 42-year-old “Super Freaky Girl” rapper looked so fierce as she arrived at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday evening (May 5) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
For the event, Nicki donned a navy pinstriped suit-dress with a mermaid skirt and a collection ruffled flowers flowing over her right shoulder and down her back. She accessorized her outfit with a gold headpiece.
The Met Gala will focus on menswear and suiting this year with a “Tailored for You” dress code. The event will celebrate the opening of the museum’s new exhibition “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which draws inspiration from Monica L. Miller’s 2009 book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity. There are six celebrities serving as co-chairs for the 2025 gala, plus 25 more stars who are part of the host committee.
