Luke Grimes will be reprising his role as Kayce Dutton from Yellowstone in a new spinoff series that has been ordered by CBS.
The fan-favorite series Yellowstone wrapped its five-season run in December 2024 and multiple sequel series have been ordered with more in development.
Michelle Pfeiffer will star in the spinoff series The Madison, about the McIntosh family who live in the Madison River valley of central Montana.
And now Luke will bring back the youngest Dutton sibling for the series Y: Marshals!

CBS noted, “With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.”
Spencer Hudnut, who previously wrote for SEAL Team and The Blacklist: Redemption, will act as the showrunner for the new series with Taylor Sheridan returning as executive producer.
There will be 13 episodes in the first season of Y: Marshals and the show is set to begin shooting in summer 2025 with plans to launch in 2026 as a mid-season premiere.
Y: Marshals will air on Sunday nights once it debuts!
