Chloe Fineman is opening up about living in New York City!
The 36-year-old Saturday Night Live star met up with real estate influencer Caleb Simpson to give her a tour of her apartment.
In the TikTok, Chloe revealed how much she pays monthly in rent.
Keep reading to find out more…“I pay $5,500,” Chloe said, before looking surprised when Caleb told her that was a good deal.
“Is it? OK, to be a West Village girlie [it’s] all right,” Chloe added.
She then took Caleb inside of her apartment where she showed him the accent walls.
“The crown molding [is what] I’m really stoked about,” Chloe explained. “It’s how I found the apartment. I, kind of, Googled, ‘Crown molding.’”
As she showed off the vintage features of the apartment, Caleb pointed out there are some “cracks in the ceiling.”
“Strategically, I’m like, ‘It’s falling apart. You cannot raise my rent,’” Chloe joked before taking him over to see her view outside. “When the cheugy PR girls of the West Village are yapping outside my window, I can block them out [with the wooden shutters] or I can go, ‘Hello!’”
